Shipping and Customs Policy:
We - Miabella Store - strive to continue not to incur any possible costs related to delivery to the customer and reserve the right to amend our prices from time to time.
Delivery is for a fee or free of charge according to the company's estimates to the Gulf Cooperation Council countries; otherwise, you pay a delivery fee; according to the shipping price; please make sure that you give us all complete and correct shipping addresses.
Miabella Store will not be responsible for orders that are lost due to the customer giving us incorrect information. If you enter an incorrect address; we Miabella Store are not obligated to resend the order at our expense to the correct address. If you fail to give us a correct address after 14 days; we will cancel your order and refund the amount minus the estimated shipping amount from the company.
Each purchase order will be shipped separately and will not be combined with other purchase orders.
Miabella Store will not guarantee delivery dates; However, we will do our best to have our clothes delivered to you on time, and our door-to-door delivery service is handled by a number of professional couriers who deliver your shipment directly, and you will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment throughout its entire journey.
Customs and import regulations vary greatly between countries. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to know all the regulations for each country. You will be fully responsible for ensuring that any goods you order are not prohibited/restricted in your country of delivery.
Miabella Store does not accept any responsibility for the return/exchange of any goods or any costs related to them or arising from the import or confiscation of any goods by the customs office or any other government authority of your country. Likewise, any customs or import taxes payable on your order are not our responsibility and are beyond our control. In the event that the order is returned to us by the import authorities of your country so that it can be resold; We will refund the order value to you minus any postage fees incurred. We will not refund shipped goods that were needed or confiscated by your country's customs if they contain prohibited products. We will not be responsible for any lost goods if they are transported outside the GCC countries. International shipping (KSA - Kuwait - Oman - Qatar - Bahrain - excluding the UAE) may result in a delay in delivery of the order for 10-15 days in addition to the customs fees that may be imposed on the order and which the customer bears in full for delivery of his order to the required country.
